Being in sisterhood is one of the most healing, nurturing, and empowering things women can do for themselves.
In these gatherings we connect with like minded women, who are committed to their healing journeys and aspiring to living the most beautiful expression of their themselves.
As an intuitive energy and sound healer, I follow the energy of the group to facilitate the most welcoming and safe space for vulnerable connection, while offering healing practices to support transformation.
Some of these healing practices may include gentle movement, yoga, breath work, energy healing, alchemy crystal bowls sound healing, chanting, journaling, and/or authentic sharing to help each woman connect to their bodies, clear and protect their minds, and heal their hearts.
